3. Provision of Customer Personal Information to Third Parties

  1. The Company will provide customer information such as name, gender, age, address, phone number or email address, passport number, and credit card number to transportation and accommodation facilities, insurance companies, etc., by sending it electronically or through other means, within the scope necessary for arranging the travel services you have booked and for procedures to receive those services, or within the scope necessary for the Company's travel contract responsibilities and insurance procedures to cover expenses in case of accidents.
  2. The Company may provide customers' personal data held by the Company to souvenir shops for the convenience of customers' shopping at travel destinations. In this case, we will provide personal data such as the customer's name, passport number, and flight information in advance by electronic means or other methods.
  3. The Company may ask for the personal information of the customer's emergency contact in case of illness or accidents during travel. This personal information will be used when the Company deems it necessary to contact the emergency contact person in case the customer becomes ill or experiences other issues. Customers are required to obtain consent from their emergency contact person for providing their personal information to the Company.

4. Collection and Use of Customer Personal Information

Please be aware that the Company handles the collection and use of customer personal information as follows:

  1. We clearly state the purpose of collection and scope of use in brochures and application forms, and obtain consent.
  2. We will not use the information for purposes other than those collected without customer consent.
